I want the Whitelabel Fileservice, do I need to make my own Tuning Files?
Chiptuning Reseller does not make tuningfiles themselves. We offer a Whitelabel Fileservice Platform, for which professional chiptuning companies can use it to sell their own tuning files.
With our system, you do not need to send emails back and forth anymore, no need to make manual invoices or other time-consuming tasks. Your workday will be much more efficient, and you can spend more time on making the perfect tuning files.
If you want tuning files also, we recommend our partner ECU Files for this. We do not know the prices they ask for individual resellers, so you need to negotiate with them separately to make arrangements regarding prices.
What is the exact price for this?
Because every situation is different, we prefer to discuss pricing personally. Setup fees start from €500. File exchange starts from €5 per file (excl. file price of ecufiles.com, minimum €75/month). Contact us for a personal quote.
Do you also make websites?
Yes! Through our Custom Solutions service we can build custom WordPress websites, apply custom themes and translations, adjust the plugin to your needs, and much more. Visit our Custom Solutions page for more information.
When I order, what happens next?
After your order and downpayment, our team will start building your portal. Typically within 2 weeks you will have your own branded portal ready. You can then add products, tuning services, credit packs and start serving your customers right away.
I want to sell EVC Reseller Credits

Do you support Dropbox?
Yes, Dropbox integration is available. Through our Custom Solutions we can implement Dropbox and other integrations into your portal. Contact us for the possibilities.
Automatic fileservice
Our platform supports automatic file processing. When a customer submits a file, the system can automatically forward it to your tuning software or partner, saving you significant manual work and allowing faster delivery.
How will my customers be notified about files & support?
Your customers will receive automated email notifications when their files are ready, when support tickets are updated, or when any action is required. All communications are sent under your brand name — your customers only see your branding.
